Video Licence:
When applying for a video license please be aware that the payment will allow you to:
- Being able to film the show in it's entirety (Can be recorded using any device)
- Being able to put the film of the show onto DVD's or share it on USB or video sharing (Only sharing with cast and crew, it must not be publicly released without writers permission)
- Be able to release up to 10 minutes of combined footage from the show on social media platforms (This includes rehearsal footage or promotional onstage footage)

The Classic Advertising Package:
- Custom Designed Posters for your group (Based of the headers displayed on this website, these will be sent over in a PDF format)
- Custom Designed Flyers for your group (These will be sent over in a PDF format)
- When buying this package you will also receive a FREE Program template (This will be sent over in a Canva editing format so it can be edited by you)
(When buying this package, please note that it may take between 3-5 working days from purchasing to receive these through email, and we will require information from you such as Directors names, location of shows, performance dates, ticket information and any extra information you need on your posters)
ADVERTISING PACKAGE: £30 (One off payment)

The Custom Advertising Package:
Don't want the stress of organising & creating your promotional material? We can handle it for you!
This package includes:
- Private 1 on 1 Zoom Consultation to discuss details of your show and specifics.
- We will edit your photos & videos to make them into post worthy Social Media content. ( Choose from 2 Posts created per week, or a set bundle of 12 posts sent as once to cover 2 posts over 6 weeks or 1 post over 12 weeks)
- Create and design your Programme, and include all the details you want/need.
- Create different posters for your group.
- This package includes permission for a filming licence.
- If you film your show, we will edit the footage for you, to make scene transitions smoother, create an opening and ending credits for you. (Please allow us up to a month to get this to you, as video editing can take time)
